Pastor Richards was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, where he encountered the transforming power of Jesus Christ at the age of 19. From that moment, his life has been marked by a deep passion for God’s Kingdom and a steadfast commitment to serving others through ministry. For over 16 years, Pastor Richards has faithfully answered the call to shepherd God’s people, having pastored two churches and now joyfully serving the congregation at Lilburn Global Christian Ministry.

He brings both spiritual depth and academic excellence to his calling, having pursued higher education at Barry University, Andrews University, and the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC). Pastor Richards is currently furthering his commitment to holistic ministry by pursuing a degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, reflecting his heart for strengthening families and building healthy, God-centered relationships.

Family is at the core of Pastor Richards’ ministry. He has been happily married to his wife, Lois Richards, for 29 years, and has three children: Anthony, Daniel, and Valea. United in both life and ministry, Pastor Richards and his wife co-host the podcast Relationship 1&1, where they share wisdom, biblical insight, and practical tools to help couples and families thrive.

With a heart for people, a passion for marriage and family success, and a lifelong devotion to God, Pastor Richards continues to lead with faith, love, and purpose.
